Cancellation Policy

All appointments with Echelon Electric Design are scheduled intentionally to allow for proper preparation and an elevated client experience. Appointments are confirmed once booked and reserved exclusively for you. We recommend scheduling only when you are confident in availability, as our calendar capacity is limited. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY We require a minimum of 72hrs notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Changes made more than 72hrs in advance may be rescheduled without penalty. Changes made within 72hrs of the booked appointment may result in the consultation fee being forfeited. This policy allows us to maintain availability for all clients and uphold our service standards. NO-SHOW POLICY Appointments missed without notice are considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable. Future bookings may require prepayment to secure time. We appreciate respect for scheduled time, as each appointment is carefully planned. WAITLIST POLICY When an appointment time is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist. If an opening is available, waitlisted clients are notified in order of request. Availability is offered on a first-response basis. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. ARRIVAL & ACCESS POLICY Please ensure the home is accessible at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival due to lockout or unavailability, the appointment may be considered a no-show. EMERGENCY & CONSIDERATION CLAUSE We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate with discretion.
